Maya Dubin

Maya Dubin is an Analyst at The Consello Group, a role she started in January 2024. She graduated cum laude from Harvard College in the spring of 2023 and earned a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Psychology. While at Harvard, she was an event coordinator as well as a business manager for the Hasty Pudding Theatricals, the Treasurer of Harvard’s Constitutional Law Society and a research assistant in Dr Ellen Langer’s lab in the undergraduate psychology department.

Maya was also a member of the Harvard Organization for Prison Education (“HOPE”), a student-led organization that advocates for criminal justice reform and provides tutoring services to incarcerated individuals.

In 2020, Maya completed an internship with JUST Capital, where she assisted the corporate engagement and development teams with data analysis, contact management system implementation, and proposal development. Maya has completed additional internships with the Robin Hood Foundation, working in the office of the CEO, and as an interviewer with the Independent Project on Immigration, an organization based in Lysekil, Sweden.

Prior to Harvard, Maya attended the Trinity School in New York, where she received the Best Female Student Athlete award and was selected to participate in the “1000 Girls, 1000 Futures Program” at the New York Academy of Sciences. From 2014 to 2019, Maya regularly volunteered with Mount Sinai Hospital’s KidZone Program as well as the Association to Benefit Children, where she tutored elementary school children and assisted with after-school programming.

Maya enjoys outdoor activities, piano, and travel. She is fluent in English and Swedish, and proficient in Spanish.
