Maya Dubin is an analyst at Consello, an advisory and investing platform, a role she started in January 2024. She graduated cum laude from Harvard University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2023. During her time at Harvard, Maya served as a coordinator for Hasty Pudding Theatricals business staff, worked as a research assistant in Dr Ellen Langer’s lab in the undergraduate psychology department and was the Treasurer of Harvard’s Constitutional Law Society. She was also a member of the Harvard Organization for Prison Education (“HOPE”), a student-led organization that advocates for criminal justice reform and provides tutoring to incarcerated individuals.
Maya spent the summer of 2022 interning with the National Basketball Association, working on social responsibility and player programming for both the NBA and WNBA. In 2020, Maya completed an internship with JUST Capital, where she supported the corporate engagement and development teams with data analysis, contact management system implementation and proposal development. Maya spent the summer of 2018 with the Robin Hood Foundation, working in the office of the CEO. She also interned as an interviewer with the Independent Project on Immigration, an organization based in Lysekil, Sweden.
From 2014 to 2019, Maya volunteered with Mount Sinai Hospital’s KidZone Program as well as the Association to Benefit Children, where she tutored elementary school children and assisted with after-school programming.
