MoMA Party in the Garden 2017 | Museum of Modern Art | New York, NY—The 2017 Museum of Modern Art’s Party in the Garden honored Eva and Glenn Dubin and Susan and David Rockefeller, in addition to collection artists Vija Celmins and Carrie Mae Weems. Musician James Blake headlined the after party, performing the NY debut of his solo piano show. Guests also enjoyed DJ sets by KAYTRANADA and KLAUS (1-800 DINOSAUR). Co-chairs of the event include Agnes Gund, Jo Carole and Ronald S. Lauder, Mimi Haas, and Marlene Hess and James D. Zirin. Honorary co-chairs were Leon D. Black, Marie-Josée Kravis and Jerry I. Speyer. The annual Party in the Garden benefits MoMA’s Annual Fund and the maintenance of The Abby Aldrich Rockefeller Sculpture Garden, as well as the museum’s operations.
